The hungry ghosts are around... Check them out on the above 5 or 6 postings about English, Chinese and Malay stories and songs about ghosts. For the faint hearted, no worries... they are harmless.

Thanks for sharing them with our readers.

Brother Andy,
a random moment just popped up as I listened to this song, ‘Devil Woman.’ I was very young when Johnny Lion and The Jumping Jewel played at the Odeon Theatre in the 60s. My uncle used to work at White Bear Restaurant down in North Bridge Road and I was told that he dragged me along to watch them.
Well nothing fancy but this are the little things in life that cherished and remembered. Cheers and greetings from Hong Kong.

Fred Ching ah, that's an interesting piece of nostalgia. It should go down well with readers too. Yes I have a similar album but it's an LP vinyl record. Hey, Fred, thanks for the sharing and YouTube connection. 🙂
And Fred, I always remember the Odeon Cinema, the centre for activities all around; Pin Pin Optical for eye-glasses, surrounding coffee shops with great Hainanese food and not too far, Convent girls come out after 1pm to take their buses home or get ferried home by the strict looking parents... Ha, ha. Odeon Cinema. Cheers! Thanks for keeping this FB post cheerful.
