An all-girl group made history when they became the first ever Afro-American ladies to record it. The Shirelles did a song that hit the roof in 1960. It was written by Carole King who only recorded it in 1971.

There were more than thirty covers sung by numerous pop singers like Andy Gibb, Bee Gees, Ben E. King, Brenda Lee, Cher, Cilla Black, Dusty Springfield, Four Seasons, Francoise Hardy, Helen Sharpiro, Linda Ronstadt, Roberta Flack, Smokey Robinson and a host of others.

But here, for the first time on YouTube, is another cover of the same song by a Singaporean whose rendition I think can hit the charts if given that golden opportunity.

Accompanied by singer/actor Mel Ferdinands on keyboard, Ms Angela Leow (images) sings, Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow, with so much feel it will make your heart tingle. Then you start wondering why she was never discovered earlier.

With just two days on the Net, she's garnered nearly 100 viewers. Hey you pop lady singers in SG, move over...

Come on everyone, thumbs up for Angela.

Comments too!
Ms Angela Leow asks 'Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow?'. Yes we will. Just record more songs on YouTube.
