Natasha was first featured on this blog in 2013 when she was a K-Pop singer with the group called, SKarf. Now she's a pop TV actress on our Singapore screen acting as a boisterous, fierce but kind hearted young nyonya. What a change in roles but definitely for the better!

Congratulations Tasha. You've come a long way. Your family must really be proud of you.

Best to read the previous article below to learn more about Natasha and her famous family...

Was looking for a show to watch; then saw this young lady on the screen in her sweet kebaya outfit. Check her out, especially the babas and nyonyas out there...

Enjoying the show and admiring the delicately sewn kebaya outfits. Some portrayal of peranakan culture .

Koh Daisy yes, thanks. I read somewhere the set costs a million dollars? And the main stars, like Tasha, are attractive indeed!

Besides the kebaya and Peranakan culture being the stand out attraction, the theme song gets the thumbs up too, sung by the evergreen and melodic Kit Chan. OLIVER

They had a whole team of consultants from the Peranakan Association working with them throughout the shooting . The kebayas are designed by Raymond … just like the one I am wearing.

Koh Daisy, oh really! Now that's interesting. It's news to me. And congratulations Daisy for wearing one of Raymond's designs. Thanks again for sharing.

Frankly, Andy, I have never met Tasha or her father. But knew the late Sunny Low and his late parents, Low Poh Heng and wife Jenny.

You see, my maternal grandmother Annie Khoo (my Mum's mother) were friends with Low Poh Heng/Jenny and was also their dancing student. Jenny became my grandmother's god-daughter. Hence, my Mum used to bring me often to meet with them.
