An old favourite. Unable to challenge
Thanks Cedric.
Like the saying goes, it's the singer not the song; this lady reminds me of this old saying. She carries, A FOOL SUCH AS I, like fresh breeze in the face. Love the lilt and backing that the Elvis one never had...
Do write in.
Thanks.
She renewed a hit!
Not easy especially if it's by the King.
Beautiful song and solid vocal.
Thank you for sharing, brother Andy.
Credible c & w version
You're welcome. As a matter of fact I did do some research about the songs she sang and was surprised to know that she did many Elvis songs.
Guess she really wanted to put a female touch on the songs. Why not eh?
Songs need different variations to make it the best it can be.
Thanks everyone for the interesting comments.
Hopefully this lady will record more of Elvis' songs.
Like Cedric said, a female touch with variations to turn an old song new.
Cheers.
Sounds quite nice. Have forwarded to others.

Melodic too
Do listen to it guys and tell us what you think of her version? As good as Elvis or otherwise?

A beautiful country song sung by an equally beautiful lady with a beautiful country voice in Nashville country style.
Andy Young
Michael Lee thank you. She sings really well.
Koh Daisy
Love that catchy country music.
Andy Young
Koh Daisy thanks. Your article's coming up soon. With Elvis, Rick and Cliff.
Koh Daisy
No hurry 🤣
Thank you all for listening in and commenting on the post.
She's fabulous, Mandy Barnett.
Actually this song was first recorded by HANK SNOW in 1952. Written by BILL TRADER, it was on #4 of top charts.
Elvis recorded it much much later in 1959. Jim Reeves also recorded it in 1959.
Bai Tunggal Zumbaga
你应该非常喜欢猫王吧?
