Weather Forecast Singapore: Blue Skies All Day Long: Climate Change?

Since the pandemic and lock down in many cities around the world, the reduction in air-pollution has caused the skies to be brighter, bluer and the bursts of wooly, white clouds converge to form what my grand child used to call, strange white monsters all over the sky. And these creatures in the skies are more prominent and huge.

In fact with so much time on hand, I have created more posters and one with lyrics of Blue Skies, a favourite of mine. It is a 1926 song, yes way before any of us were born but loved after World War 2 and it has been covered by many singers and orchestras those years. It came from a musical by Rogers and Hart. If there had been YouTube in the 1920's this song could have hit a hundred million views.
Blue Skies by Doris Day. Thanks to the contributor of this video, ILoveOldies.

Hey Andy, your post (25July) ' time on your hands'comes up tops with all the posters so well created . It wakes me up to realise that I've let all these months go by with little to account for.

Now with the easing of the circuit breaker, I still do not go out. Once a week I go to the mini-mart two blocks away from my home or take a bus late in the afternoon (hardly any other passenger) to another supermart not too far away . The usual weekly/monthly meet-ups with friends are on hold.

I'm watching the situation 'Till the storm passes by' . Two sets of artistes sing it --The Preacher's Daughters; Sisters of Grace Melodies. It's most soothing and comforting.

Keep safe Andy. And an early Happy National Day wish. Mahjulah Singapura.

Also thank you for the song recommendations.
A HAPPY NATIONAL DAY TO YOU TOO.
