Andy, this is another classic list. So nostalgic!
My favourites are "Mack the Knife", "Moon River", "Stranger in the Night" and "A Taste of Honey"
I am waiting eagerly for the the 1950 - 1959 list.
I just remind the old memories with the space ship Apollo from the " Up,up and away "...
Also the old song " The snake " from the name with Johnny Rivers...
Oh, sweet memories with them....Thanks so nice a post !
Thanks BC, I shall try to put up the 50s list soon but you can actually find the detailed one at Wikipedia.
'A Taste Of Honey' and 'Mack The Knife' are songs I really love.
I have not heard of Johnny River's 'The Snake'. I must look this one up.
Memories are sweet, especially when you remember them as such.
Thanks for writing, 'nomore'.
Johnny Rivers' 'The Snake' is hot and this man has many hits to his name in 60s music.
Check him out. Thanks to nomore.
