Long live Rock and Roll. It's music that keeps us young.

I am thankful for these opportunities to broaden my knowledge of a subject I know little about.

Hi Andy,
Sorry for not responding earlier. Have been busy and not been accessing my messages in a timely manner. The faces look familiar but I'll give it a try...

(This blog reader got it most right; we won't reveal yet but he's got the credit for being the nicest to answer the quiz although he was far away on a trip. Thank you SK.)

I had no idea who No9 and 10 are. I didn't imagine how Dick Lee was when he was a young kid.

Apologies Hiroshi: #9 Dave Chan is the original lead guitarist for the Silver Strings in the 1960's and recorded some of the 12 original songs on vinyl. #10 is Rahimah Rahim a well-known Malay recording artiste. I did explain that: NOT ALL PERSONALITIES ARE THAT FAMOUS BUT THEY HAVE BEEN FEATURED ON THIS BLOG. Thank you.

HIROSHI DEGUCHI (JAPAN) said...

Thank you foe telling me. I may be too young to know them.

JIMMY APPUDURAI CHUA (ENGLAND, UK) said...

What about Dickie. When was he in the Silver Strings Andy. Thanks

He joined after David left, Jimmy. They both had a share in playing lead guitar for the vinyl recordings. I guess the photos on the EP and Single covers tell the difference. Thanks Jimmy.
