Christmas Songs Made In Singapore: Naomi, Thunderbirds, Quests, Stylers

Spend Christmas In Singapore By Listening To Christmas Songs, Singapore Style, 2021.

Christmas has always been an international holiday, with millions of people celebrating it. Songs about Christmas too can come by the hundreds of thousands and the vinyl records produced, since the time such companies were set up, could come into millions.

Singapore produced some of these records and the bands involved included, the Stylers, Quests, Naomi and the Boys, Thunderbirds, Travellers and, as the years marched on, many many more. 

I am glad to note that friend Kevin Mathews has a song in a specially made album about nine years ago, for the Rare Disorder Society entitled, Christmas Dream... with other local artistes on the list too.

    My first time hearing this song, Merry Christmas S'pore... indeed a jovial and fun song...

    I always love to walk along Orchard Rd with the beautiful Christmas decos, gives such a wonderful feelings... sad not this year and the last year too.

    There was an awesome local group called Hosanna Music Ministry (Risen Christ Church). I had their cassette tape of Christmas songs. It was so nice. But I lost the tape and even the band members don't have it anymore I think. What a shame.
