BIG GIG IN MELAKA NEAR JONKER WALK

Dear Singaporean surfers,

SUPPORT OUR MALAYSIAN MUSICIANS

 1) A Malaysian reader of this blog,  Joel Dionysius  has specially invited us to a big gig on SUNDAY 16th SEPTEMBER.  You can read his letters under comments below.

    The Valiants is organising a Musical Fest on the 16 Sept which falls on Malaysia day (5pm to 12midnight)

    And all top bands from Malacca will be playing to raise funds for school cricket.

    Thanks for the early response. If it's possible we need to find the bands that are playing and the genre.

    I am sure there are many who are interested but would love to have a more detailed programme.

    Perhaps the organisers would be able to help?

    Since this starts about 5pm, you might lke to take a bus in the morning and stay overnite?

    How about a better coach bus rather than ordinary buses?

    Thanks PC for the suggestion. I would like to go but prefer to leave the organisation to someone else.

    We could leave as a group if there are enough people. Perhaps meet up at one quality bus terminus available that journeys to Melacca.

    Should be fun. Let's support our Malaysian friends!
